At BO LUXE, every product is handcrafted in small batches using vegan, plant-based ingredients. Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened or unopened products.

Exchanges

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly review your request and, if approved, replace the item at no additional cost.

Allergy & Ingredient Notice

Our products contain concentrated botanical ingredients, including essential oils, plant oils, natural butters, and ingredients derived from nuts, seeds, fruits, and vegetables.

If you have known allergies or sensitivities to any of these ingredients, please review the ingredient list carefully before purchasing. We recommend performing a patch test prior to full application. BO LUXE is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to naturally derived ingredients.
